How To Order Hair Products! -

  1. Go To left side of the page page
  2. Click link - Listed in Brand Name Orderto Go To order page
  3. scroll down to find your product
  4. a) Change number in quantity box form "0" to the number of the item(s) you want to order, then  
    b) Click on "Add2Cart"  (note: if you did not indicate a number in the box item is NOT added and if first item, cart will say EMPTY)
    c)  If no quantity box, just click on "Add2Cart"
  5. Change quantity in cart as desired  (click "Recalculate" to adjust totals)
  6. a) The Continue Shopping will  reload order page where you left it, note:
    b) the "Back Button" at top of browser may "Returns to order page"  faster (no page reload time)
  7. Click BRAND name at side of page to order from different  product line(s)
  8. when your are done shopping, choose "Go To Payments"
  9. Fill out billing address and shipping information & Click  "CONTINUE" button
  10. Verify information is correct (use back button on browser to edit info if required)
  11. click "continue,"  Complete Credit card info (the Credit Card link is secure) & click on "Continue" to Submit Order
  12. An automated response is sent to you when you submit your order, a copy is also, automatically sent to us.
  13. If you do not receive an automated reply it is because; your email address was entered incorrectly, or your mail box is full, or your spam blocker did not let the Email through. You should check the Emailed confirmation order form, most of the time you can catch a mistake before we ship you some thing you do not want.
  14. If you find a problem E-Mail us  right away…..put “order problem” in the subject line and give us your name…..it is easier to find your order using your name than using the order number.
  15. We use your Email address to notify you of problems and send you Order Shipped Information.

The computer system automatically sends you an Email order confirmation! You should look for this confirmation and check it!

 If you do not receive an automated reply it may be because:

  1. your email address was entered incorrectly
  2. your mail box is full
  3. you have a spam blocker installed
  4. it ended up in your Junk Mail Folder

You should check the order confirmation form, most of the time you can catch a mistake before we ship you some thing you do not want but ordered by mistake. If you find a problem E-Mail us right away…..put “order problem” in the subject line and give us your name…..it is easier to find you by name than by the order #.

We only use your Email address to notify you of problems and send order shipped information to you.
